Headquartered in Berlin, the company is active in 47 countries with subsidiaries, joint ventures, and licenses. More than 40% of its revenues come from its international business. Over 12,800 employees generated total revenues of €2.8 billion and an EBITDA of €454 million in the financial year 2013.
